Jonathan was graduated from Juneau-Douglas High School in 1989, and has received degrees from The University of Alaska (AA '89), Regents College (AS '91, BS '92), and Pepperdine University (MS '94, MDiv '96). So far. He has also taken classes from City University, Fuller Theological Seminary, and a few other places.

Jonathan has worked for The University of Alaska, Unisys Federal Systems Division, The Northwest Church of Christ, World Vision U.S., and currently works for Intel.
