Education

Jonathan Clemens graduated from Pacific University's School of Physician Assistant Studies in Hillsboro, Oregon in August, 2012 with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

Certification

Jonathan is certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants.

Licensing

Jonathan is licensed to practice medicine by the Washington State Department of Health as both an Allopathic and Osteopathic Physician Assistant.

Teaching

Jonathan teaches EMT initial courses and ongoing proficiency training for Thurston County Medic One.

He periodically trains PA students during clinical rotations as an adjunct clinical instructor for Pacific University's School of Physician Assistant Studies.

Volunteering

Jonathan began working as a Firefighter/EMT with South Bay Fire Department in the fall of 2006.  After a leave of absence for PA school, he returned to serve as a volunteer fire officer, and continues to do so.

He and his family have participated in several short-term medical missions to Guatemala with Health Talents International.

He volunteers with the Thurston County Medical Reserve Corps.
